If you have installed an E46 CSL tailgate or are planning to do so, this wiring harness is essential! When converting to the E46 CSL tailgate, the handle strip and therefore also the button for unlocking the boot lock are omitted. In the original E46 CSL vehicles, a tailgate release button was installed in the interior, which is located above the bonnet release.
