Product Description

The DK-Tec Snorkel Ultimate was specifically developed for optimized fresh air supply to the CSL carbon airbox in the BMW E46 M3. The system is aimed particularly at demanding S54 drivers who want to achieve the most efficient and direct airflow to the airbox possible.

The system consists of a precisely manufactured snorkel and an additional air duct. This optimizes the fresh air supply via the original upper intake duct. In combination with an appropriate air guide from the front of the vehicle, the CSL airbox is specifically supplied with cool fresh air.

The direct lateral air intake supports flow-optimized delivery to the airbox while simultaneously reducing the influence of warm engine bay air.

The snorkel is compatible with both the original BMW E46 M3 CSL carbon airbox and the Karbonius carbon airbox. The additional air duct is designed for the shortened CSL intake cover. A corresponding intake cover can also be adapted from a non-CSL model version.

The system has been tested over several months both in everyday operation and on the racetrack under various conditions.
