Since BMW's original control unit is not available separately, this control unit is the ideal solution for an OEM-style retrofit. This allows you to reliably use all the Race Display functions.

Important note on compatibility and retrofitting

To BMW M Performance Alcantara steering wheel with Race Display, F-series to use it fully, the following additional components are required:

• MW retrofit wiring harness suitable for F-series BMW M Performance steering wheel in Alcantara with Race Display

Compatible steering wheel wiring harness – tailored to the respective steering wheel variant

• MW steering wheel wiring harness suitable for BMW F2x and F3x M Performance steering wheel with Race Display
• MW steering wheel wiring harness suitable for F-series BMW M Performance steering wheel II in Alcantara with Race Display 2354871
• MW steering wheel wiring harness suitable for BMW M5 F10 and M6 Fxx M Performance steering wheel in Alcantara with Race Display, M5 and M6

Please note:
Both wiring harnesses are essential for a complete connection and use of the Race Display functions. If these are not already fitted as original equipment in the vehicle / steering wheel, they must be ordered separately.
