Product description
Would you like to retrofit a BMW E46 CSL trunk lid, or have you already installed one? Then our MW retrofit wiring harness for the trunk lid release is the ideal solution for a clean, functional retrofit.
When converting to a CSL trunk lid, the standard trim strip with handle is removed, along with the integrated button for electrically releasing the trunk.
On the original BMW E46 M3 CSL, the trunk lid was therefore released using a separate button in the interior. This is located above the hood release.
Our specially developed MW retrofit wiring harness allows this function to be properly integrated into the BMW E46.
Full functionality retained: The electric trunk lid release remains fully functional. No coding is required.
