Product description
When retrofitting an original E46 CSL trunk lid, the standard trim strip with integrated handle is removed - along with the trunk release button.
This high-quality MW retrofit kit offers the solution. It consists of the original BMW trunk release button and a precisely fitting MuenchnerWerke wiring harness. As in the original BMW E46 M3 CSL, the illuminated release button is installed inside the cabin above the hood release, allowing the trunk lid to be opened conveniently.
The wiring harness was specially developed for an OEM-style retrofit and integrates perfectly with the vehicle's original electrical system. All functions are fully retained - no coding is required.
Ideal for all vehicles with a CSL trunk lid already installed or planned.
